At the same time as I am beginning this blog, I am beginning a big new step in my life. For the next year, I will be living in Leicester, England, working on a Masters degree in archaeology. I know this will bring many challenges and opportunities, and I realize that all my family and friends in the States will want to keep up with these adventures. Thus, Castles and Bones is born.
In the coming year, I hope to fill this space with photos of my work, tales of academic wonder and woe, and stories of epic travels across Britain (and maybe other parts of Europe!). Until these adventures begin, this space will be left empty, anticipating what lies ahead.
